Request deletion

To request deletion of personal information or data associated with a BrandLift account, connected Facebook Page, or Messenger conversation, email brad@doern.com with the subject line BrandLift Data Deletion Request.

Include this information

• Your name and the email address associated with your BrandLift account.
• The business name and Facebook Page name or Page ID, when applicable.
• A description of the information or connected account you want deleted.
• Enough information for BrandLift to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, or government identification unless BrandLift specifically requests an appropriate verification method.

What happens next

BrandLift will acknowledge the request, verify authority when necessary, and delete or de-identify covered information from active systems within 30 days. BrandLift will confirm completion by email.

Information that may be retained

BrandLift may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or enforcement of agreements. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle and will not be restored for ordinary business use.

Disconnect Meta access

You may also remove BrandLift's access through Facebook or Meta Business Integrations. Disconnecting the integration stops future access but does not by itself delete information already stored by BrandLift; use the email process above for deletion.
